The program has been designed to help both men and women get back the body they have been wanting, whether it be from having children, being too comfortable, loving food way too much, or as simple as not knowing the right foods too eat. Everyone has their own story, their own journey.
We have a great team of people working together that includes both men and women from 18 to 75, who all get together for 8 weeks on an amazing journey, where you learn how to eat properly, share experiences, recipes and training up to 5 days a week with Cindy.
