A vast range of fitness and health services at Bibra Lake

Roar Fitness Bibra Lake is the largest centre in the Roar Group offering over 8500m2 of indoor training space and over 4000m2 of outdoor fun. Our goal is simple; building better people!

We have made sure that our centre offers a massive selection of services and facilities to ensure our members have everything they need to achieve their personal goals.

Our fantastic Bibra Lake, Perth facilities include:

Roar kids club

Our creche in Bibra Lake offers excellent child-minding facilities and trained staff so that moms and dads can get their training in knowing their little ones are in safe hands. We offer morning and afternoon creche times to cater for all.

We also run our ‘Gym Kids’ program in the holidays offering great classes to keep the kids active and busy. We offer weekly kids fitness classes which are free for members children up to the age of 13 years. And we also host the ‘Learn to Swim’, program in our onsite swimming pool facilities.

Squash Courts

At Roar Bibra Lake, we offer 4 indoor professional squash courts ready to use. No reservations needed!

At our Bibra lake facilities, right near the entrance, we offer 4 squash courts ready for use. You just need to sign in to the court before playing, it’s first come first serve.

Bring your own equipment or hire a racket and ball from behind the front desk. We can’t wait to see you there!

 

Roar restaurant

Roar’s Bar and Grill is a fully-licensed health restaurant with a kick. We serve a range of tasty options from all-day breakfast meals, lunch and dinner options, a macro-friendly menu, as well as pre and post workout snacks and smoothies. Choose from a variety of healthy meals, smoothies, raw treats and tons more.

Group fitness classes

At Roar Fitness we offer a variety of fun, and challenging group fitness classes in Bibra Lake guaranteed to make you smile and sweat at the same time. Dear Roar Community

There is deep concern in our community for those abroad affected by the spread of Coronavirus and now more recently those affected here in Australia. At times like this, we are reminded of the need for compassion and perspective as we plan to meet the needs of our members and our community.

The purpose of this email is to confirm that Roar Fitness has a contingency plan in an effort to protect its members and we wanted to share with you the below.

What We Are Doing!

We thought we would share with you the high standard of hygiene we already promote in our clubs. To put your mind at ease we also encourage simple behaviours that will help our Roar Facilities continue being a happy, healthy and hygienic environment.

1. We regularly clean touch areas with disinfectant - door handles, sinks and benches.

2. We clean the equipment regularly including pressure washing with disinfectant on all our rubber flooring and mats.

3. We are currently installing Gelair Sanitising blocks in all refrigerated air-conditioning systems in the clubs.

4. Our team are focused on personal hygiene ensuring we wash our hands, as well as regular use of hand sanitiser.

5. We have our clubs, rooms, studios and boxes professionally cleaned with additional staff daily cleans.

6. We ask our members to spray and clean everything they have used and touched after each and every single use.

7. Our staff stay at home if unwell.

What we recommend you do
1. Bring a mat, or towel to lay over the equipment - clean your mat and wash your towel after each use.

2. Stay at home if you are unwell.

3. Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.

4. Use supplied hand sanitiser regularly.

5. Please sneeze or cough in a tissue or alternatively in your upper sleeve. Then use hand sanitizer.

6. Follow the World Health Organisations guidelines on self-isolation.

7. If you have been travelling please ensure you are well before returning to our clubs.

8. Build your own immune system via eating healthy, getting plenty of sleep and exercising.

9. Keep positive, and please do not talk about the virus in waiting areas. Let's escape the outside world and practice mindful positive conversation to allow us all to feel wonderful each and every day!
