Cindy lives and breathes fitness. She wants to share her knowledge of body transformation as she has experienced this herself. She loves challenging her clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals, through resistance training and nutrition, helping transform and sculpt their bodies. Earning her client’s trust and mentoring them through their fitness journey, is extremely important.
Cindy is focused on strengthening the posterior chain which includes the glutes, back and hamstrings. Your glutes are the largest and by far the most important group of muscles in your body. By strengthening these muscles (the gluteus minimus, medius and maximus) your posture, athletic performance and overall strength will improve dramatically.
