Being a personal trainer is more than a job for me, it’s a lifestyle that I live with passion every single day. Since becoming a qualified personal trainer 3 years ago straight out of high school my focus has been to impact people life in the best possible way through health and fitness. I live my brand of JV FITNESS to the fullest and continue to become a better person through knowledge and experience every day.
My main areas of expertise are hypertrophy based training aswell as fat loss specific training .Over my 3 years of experience my focus is always to transform people positively both physically and mentally. My training and nutrition programs preach life balance while achieving short and long term goals in the most effective way.
