Boo has been into health and fitness from a very early age, playing development sports and eventually moving into wafl football and state cricket so functional movement and strength training is Boo’s forte. His approach to training starts with creating a positive mindset and building a strong foundation with his clients. Boo specialises in many areas from losing body fat, toning, gaining muscle mass and sport specialisation. His passion to help people fulfil and pursue their fitness goals is what drives Boo as a personal trainer.
