Working with the StriveFit team, my goal is to help you gain confidence and to help you to form good habits both inside and outside of the gym. The values that I pride myself on, and will bring to my service as a trainer include determination, consistency, discipline, passion and education.
I joined the gym to spend some time away from studying, to get fitter and form healthier habits. I started with my own personal trainer, enjoyed the style of training and knew that being a trainer was what I wanted to do.
Over the time that I have been training for I have grown not only physically, but also mentally. I have found confidence that I never knew I had, I am happier with my life and myself, and enjoy educating others about the gym and nutrition. Training has become part of my lifestyle, and I strive to help other people find their passion within the gym.
