I have been involved in sports most of my life from rugby union, grid iron, hockey, indoor soccer, boxing and kickboxing. Which sparked my interest in the fitness industry.
My passion grew from my own health and fitness by improving my mindset with overcoming depression, losing 15kg of fat and increasing overall fitness. Knowing I could help people through the same journey to improve their lifestyle I became a Coach.
I then further challenged myself by training to get into army reserves serving for 3 years, I also went on and completed the fitness tests of the Police and Special operation groups (SOG’s). I have helped people at all levels of fitness achieve their goals or change their mindset to meet any challenge face on.
