Hi, I’m Laura!

My passion for Fitness & Health began 8 years ago when changes were required to improve my own mental health battles and I personally lost over 20kg. Experiencing first hand having to improve my lifestyle and to reach fitness goals meant I not only had to focus on fitness and nutrition but also positive talk / self talk to improve my overall lifestyle both physical and mentally. This is what encouraged me to become a Personal Trainer, so I can help individuals achieve their fitness goals, reduce depression and anxiety, and see their confidence grow.

Whether your fitness journey is to gain confidence within yourself or smash personal bests I am here to support, pass on knowledge, encourage, motivate and test your limits so your fitness goals are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Certificate IV in Personal Training
  • Senior First Aid and CPR
  • Level 1 Boxing (Punchfit)
