From a young age Mitchell has been committed to a health and fitness lifestyle. With a strong sporting history, and recent body competition experience, Mitchell studied his Cert III & IV in fitness. Upon completing his cert III & IV in fitness, he is looking to pass on the knowledge and help change the lives of clients.
